Located on the historic site of the Viking’s Cottages from the 1860s & Prohibition era, the hotel preserves Newport’s rich heritage & coastal charm. Reclaimed wood & materials from the original cottages are reused in furniture, trim, & construction, while unusable wood is repurposed for landscaping—blending history with environmentally responsible design.
